Emily Kame Kngwarreye

Emily Kame Kngwarreye, also spelled Emily Kam Kngwarray, was an Aboriginal Australian (Anmatyerr) artist from Alhalker, in the Sandover region of the Northern Territory. Kngwarreye's unique style and powerful creative vision came to redefine contemporary Aboriginal art and gained worldwide attention.
